We have openings for programmers that can program in assembly language. They must have experience in generation three and generation four assembly language. United Cash Register & Computer Company has a plan to take our trademark name UNITED on a rebuilt point of sale systems worldwide. New hardware is getting difficult and expensive to get but we want to go into the rebuild point of sale systems and sell them worldwide. There are plenty of older point of sale terminals and printers available at some very low prices. The restaurant industry was the first industry to have problems and will be the last to recover. Many businesses are having problems with security and conflicts caused by applications, credit cards, and smart phones and we think we have a solution to that problem in the next two years.
The first thing we need to do is start rebuilding some older restaurant point of sale systems for different types of businesses and separate the credit card machine from the POS terminals. Many states and businesses use different ways to recover their fees the credit card companies are charging.
Some businesses give cash discounts when the customer pay in cash and other businesses add the credit card fee on to the regular price like auto repair shops. Some businesses like to take a check for payment when they know the customer.
When you separate the credit card machine from a cash register or POS system, it is easy to have two or three credit card machines tied into your internet service. This way you let the credit card company handle the different problems and let them resolve the problem with the customer. The smart phone and their apps is a big source of the problems now. You know you will get paid if the credit card got accepted. Some larger businesses only accept certain credit cards because they have negotiated a set rate that solved many problems. It is too bad that some banks and credit card companies care more about the money that they can make.
The technology industry will make some of the biggest changes in year 2025. I have not ruled out working with another startup POS company.
